COLLABORATIVE WORKING

Phoresight is a web based application to support the management of collaborative projects. It has been designed for organisations seeking to promote communication amongst project participants:

• providing a common and consistent view of the status of active projects
• presenting documents within the context of the decisions they support
• supporting the management of risks and issues
• reducing the need to distribute multiple copies by e-mail and hardcopy

FEATURES

Phoresight combines features to assist in the management of collaborative projects with support for the adoption of prince2 principles.

Phoresight offers the freedom to take an overview across a portfolio of projects and, when required, gives the option to drill deeper to obtain different contextual views of the constituent projects.

When a user logs in, the My Projects view shows a snapshot of recent activity across all projects in which the user is a participant. From the initial view users can select a specific project, and then gain access to a number of alternative project views.
