We adopt a staged approach to delivery and aim to reduce risk and improve customer confidence. This is achieved through a staged implementation that can include: initial capabilities requirements discussions to understand user needs; proof of concept; enhanced demonstrator; and full scale deployment.

During each stage of the development process we encourage users to review the solution and where appropriate propose change. We believe that incremental delivery and partnership working result in solutions that genuinely address client need.
